I am way overdue in writing this review. The first time I contacted the salon, Christina the owner replied to my email and my hair concerns immediately. She got me in the salon quickly and answered all my questions. She was very patient and also very knowledgeable.My hairstylist here is Sarah and she is super sweet and talented. Michelle the receptionist is a doll. I have only been going to this salon for a few months now, and am completely satisfied with their services. The entire staff is friendly, courteous and very professional. They all go above and beyond to ensure I am 100% happy. I used to go all the way to Bay Ridge Brooklyn for my hair services. My stylist in Bay Ridge was also very nice and that salon like Paolo Cuppari offered breakfast, coffee, and snacks, however, the distance and some disappointed services led me to search for a better and closer salon. Paolo Cuppari is definitely my go to Salon for now on. They have exceeded my expectations! Oh, and btw, they are experts in the Deva Curly haircut! Give Paolo Cuppari a try, you will not be disappointed!
This is a fantastic salon! I have naturally curly hair and, most places I have been to in the past have no clue as to how cut it. By far, this is the first place I have ever gone to that knows how to cut and color my hair to perfection. Their entire staff is exemplary and they do everything to make the experience pleasant. I get compliments all the time and often from complete strangers in passing. I highly recommend Paolo Cuppari as a five star salon destination!
By far the best salon I've ever been to. Every single person who works there is so talented and knows exactly what you want done. They are all so easy to talk to and make you feel comfortable. Someone is always there to greet you and ask if you need anything when you walk in. There is a coffee bar and food available while you're waiting. The salon itself is very clean and I love the decor. Overall, GREAT experience every time.
I have been going to Paolo Cuppari Designs for years and I can honestly say I wouldn't let any other salon touch my hair. Even when I lived in PA and NY for school I would schedule my time at home around when I would be able to get my hair done. All of the stylists are highly trained and fantastic at what they do. The owner, Christina is amazing and always makes sure clients leave looking and feeling their best! Love this salon!
I wish I could give Paolo Cuppari more than five stars! This is by far the best hair salon I've ever been to. The service is outstanding. I am constantly getting compliments on my hair. Christina and every member of her staff always go above and beyond for their clients. When you leave the salon your hair looks amazing and you feel you've just spent a few hours visiting with friends.
